The acidity from orange juice makes a bright pink when combined with the pH-sensitive plant-derived (cabbage juice!) extract. The name comes from the King who was last reigning in Sardinia and was later the first king of the newly formed United Italy. Ingredients

  • 40 ml non-alcoholic Sanbitter
  • 100ml of orange juice is enough to fill the glass to the top of the glass
  • Aquafaba splash

Instructions

  • Serve Sanbitter to the top of the glass using the help of ice
  • Pour the juice gently onto the spoon’s back for an effect of layering, but leave at least 10cm at the top of the glass.
  • Cool froth 20ml orange juice with a tiny amount of aquafaba. Place it gently on the surface of the drink. Fill up to the top.
  • Serve with the Ripples design and enjoy!
