Novotel Mumbai Int’l Airport’s ‘Pind Di Rasoi’- A Punjabi food festival!

Punjabi cuisine is perhaps the only Indian cuisine to be accepted by gastronomes across the nation. Novotel Mumbai International Airport will host “Pind Di Rasoi,” the latest episode of their Community Kitchen Project in association with ChefPin, from January 12-14, 2024, at their all-day dining outlet, Food Exchange Mumbai. This Punjabi Food Festival, under the expert guidance of Chef Rummy Nagpal, promises a true dive into North Indian cuisine.

Chef Nagpal brings a variety of authentic Punjabi recipes to the table based on her culinary journey in the streets of Amritsar. Chef Nagpal developed her culinary skills while growing up under the guidance of her grandmother and in the markets of Amritsar. From making chapatis as a fifth-grader to mastering Punjabi cooking, her journey is a testament to her commitment and passion for the culinary arts.

The festival will be a feast for your senses, with a menu that includes delights like Dahi Kebabs, Amritsari Fish Frys, Saag and Makki Di Rotis, Mutton Boti Masalas, and Gajrela. The festival will include live cooking stations that allow guests to experience the art of Punjabi cuisine first-hand.

The decor will reflect the vibrant culture of Punjabi, creating a more immersive experience. Along with the lavish spread, guests will be able to enjoy traditional drinks like Patiala Lassi and Gulab Ka Sharbat.
