Fourth of July Recipe: Patriotic Jello-O Cake

 

 

Ingredients:

  • Vegetable Oil
  • Cake Mix
  • Eggs
  • Water
  • Jell-O
  • Whipped Cream

Make White Cake as directed on the box.
After cake is cooled poke holes with a fork all thru the cake.

Make the Jell-O as directed on the box. I use Cherry because we like the taste of it but you can use any flavor you want.
After you mix the Jell-O, pour it all over the cake so it is covered. Next, put it in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight.

Then, use the whipped cream and use it as frosting for the whole cake. I used food coloring to make a flag design,
but you can design it anyway you like. I added strawberries for the 4th of July.
